Following the post http://www.hourbanon.com/2010/09/cest-une-honte/ published 14 September 2010, I decided immediately to create this page seems to answer a majority of comments received. Here I go with you a list of good restaurants but also wine merchants who have tariffs on wine fair, and have a keen interest in the latter. Although theoretically static page, it will be possible to comment on this page to give me your best places.
So your keyboard, warm up your address books. But beware this is only honest restaurants on wine, restaurant guides already exist and I do not pretend to compete with them.
Friends Restaurant, you are also welcome in the greater transparency, Attention customers will post to confirm !
I hope you will be very likely to participate in this campaign

An address that I advise Vannetais:
the restaurant “soils”, street from the fountain in his cellar and associated valves “the 18/20″…
Just another thing the email address is not valid.

Thank you for publishing my coordonénes.
My rates are reasonable because my margin is reduced, I determine my rates depending on the one I propose the winemakers, I add my charges, over a minimum margin, to provide good products at prices calculated as accurately so that each player there's something.
I seek to present a range of products that I know well and I was seduced by their typical or just an excellent contact with the wine or.
I book my clients on the outskirts of Bordeaux gratutement, member and later when the order is important.
Very good day and good harvest.
@Stephane : Reduced margin, reduced delivery…. and if not, what do you do for a living ?!
@Weiss : when some speak of reduced margins, This is in contrast to margins prohibitive. So they are finally honest and margins that formerly normal in comparison to that practiced today by many who do +300% to +1000%.
And until I prove otherwise, I remain convinced that a distributor practicing such excessive margins, not as many loads as producers and therefore it is too greedy.
Your prices are actually quite reasonable, I hope your purchase price to property allow the winemaker to live properly, because as you understand it's not a place reserved only for bargains, but a sort of fair trade, enabling the producer to live by trade, the distributor to correct a line and ultimately the customer who benefits from it a value for money.
In short a distribution honest with everyone.
Hello,
My work is closer to that merchant's cellar, in fact I'm trading for individuals, I'm no wine shop or boutique formal…
I sell by relations, through a network of customer, part in the South West, another in the Ile de France and Normandy.
I buy wines direct ownership and through the trading room.
I leave you sole judge of whether or not to mention my contact on this page. See my blog and I practice the rates.
Sincerely
Stéphane THIERRY
